   this may be a silly point, but the population of the united states is 300 million. the proposed bailout is 700 billion. that is over 2 billion dollars per american. please make a point of that

   Yea, i am doing research for my persuasive speech. I changed it to ‘American foreign policy’, so i got a lot of work to do. Not much time for extra stuff, except the phillies games.
